北京超700万张一卡通已关联健康码
As of May 29, more than 7 million Beijing public transport cards have completed the latest upgrade, including physical cards and mobile app cards. This upgrade will enable nucleic acid test results to be checked when the card is swiped. Since June 1st, users who apply for a new card do not need to upgrade it, but do need to submit their identity information when recharging for the first time, so that the health code information can be linked.
据统计，截至5月29日，包括一卡通实体卡、手机NFC等，共计办理一卡通升级服务超700万张，实现了刷卡同步查验核酸检测结果。自2022年6月1日起，用户在线下、线上申办一卡通卡（含实体卡、手机NFC）首次充值时，需持本人有效身份证件或在线提供相关信息办理，加载健康码信息关联功能，无需手动升级。
北京发布数字经济全产业链开放发展行动方案
Beijing has released an action plan for the development of its digital economy to stimulate the vitality of the industry. The plan puts forward measures such as improving the supply capacity of digital technology and nurturing the ecology for its innovation. The plan focuses on breakthroughs in core technologies in high-end chips, artificial intelligence, key software, block chain, privacy computing, urban space operating systems and other fields.
近日，北京市正式发布《北京市数字经济全产业链开放发展行动方案》。《方案》明确提出提高数字技术供给能力，构建数字技术创新生态等举措，包括集中突破高端芯片、人工智能、关键软件、区块链、隐私计算、城市空间操作系统等领域关键核心技术。
冬奥会刊原始版合订本发布
On May 30, bound volume of “the Official Chinese Journal of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics” was officially released. It contains a total of 46 issues of the journal, which completely records the competitions, highlights of athletes and the development of Beijing as a dual Olympic city. As an important historic record, the journal will be part of the permanent collections of the National Museum of China, the China Sports Museum, the Capital Museum and the Beijing Olympic Museum.
5月30日，《北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会官方中文会刊》原始版合订本正式首发。会刊在冬奥会和冬残奥会期间总计出版46期，完整记录了冬奥赛事进程、运动员的高光时刻和幕后故事，以及北京作为双奥之城的跃迁。会刊作为重要的历史见证者，将由中国国家博物馆、中国体育博物馆、首都博物馆和北京奥运博物馆永久收藏。
中国科技馆推出“喜迎二十大·全国科技工作者日”系列活动
On May 30, the National Science and Technology Workers Day, China’s Science and Technology Museum launched a series of popular science activities, including an online exhibition of the life and work of Wang Ganchang, a Chinese nuclear physicist, creator of the Chinese atomic and hydrogen bombs, as well as a series of activities such as online astronomy classes. The online exhibition of Wang Ganchang’s life and work was launched on the official website of China’s Digital Science and Technology Museum (www.cdstm.cn) and the website GuangMing.com. The offline exhibition is planned to open in the West Hall of China’s Science and Technology Museum in July and will be free to the public.

北京26家单位入选科学家精神教育基地 数量居全国之首
On May 30, 140 work units across the country were named “2022 Education Base for the Spirit of Scientists”, of which 26 were in Beijing, ranking first in the country. The selected units come from various fields such as aerospace, physics, medicine, agriculture, and nuclear industry. Among them are science and technology museums, schools, research institutes, science and technology enterprises, national key laboratories and memorial halls for major science and technology projects. Beijing’s China Science and Technology Museum, China Railway Museum’s Zhan Tianyou Memorial Hall and Peking University’s Wang Xuan Memorial Showroom were selected.

北京五大平原新城支持存量闲置商业办公楼改建人才公寓
Beijing recently published the key points for promoting high-quality development of new cities in the plains in 2022. According to the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, 21 tasks are scheduled for this year. Among the tasks is the acceleration of high-precision industrial projects as well as conversion of unused office buildings into residential apartments for talents. Changping, Daxing, Fangshan, Shunyi and Yizhuang are the five major plain areas in the suburbs of Beijing.
昌平、大兴、房山、顺义和亦庄是北京五大平原新城。近日，北京印发《促进平原新城高质量发展提升平原新城综合承载能力2022年工作要点》。市发改委相关负责人介绍，今年安排了21项年度工作任务，一方面将加速高精尖产业项目落地；另一方面也将做好住房等配套，支持存量闲置商业办公楼宇等按规定改建租赁型职工宿舍、人才公寓。

On May 30, Beijing took the lead in opening a unified platform for the registration of movable property and rights guarantee, which can provide inquiry services for information such as motor vehicles, ships, intellectual property rights and verify registration information. Movable property is one of the most important assets of small and medium sized enterprises or SMEs. The new platform will facilitate their applications for loans.
5月30日，北京市动产和权利担保登记信息统一查询平台启动，正式对外提供北京市机动车、船舶、知识产权担保登记信息统一查询服务。动产是中小微企业最主要的资产形态，建立统一的动产担保登记系统，有利于盘活动产资源，变动产为资产，提高中小微企业信贷可获得性。
北京最大“绿肺”公园13个区域启动园名征集
Wenyu River Park, which spans across Chaoyang, Shunyi and Changping districts, is the largest green space planned in Beijing, and the Chaoyang section is the largest part of the park. In order to enhance its popularity, the Park invites the public to name different areas in the Chaoyang section, hoping that the new names will be easy to remember and catchy. 13 areas in the Park have started the collecting name suggestions.
温榆河公园是本市规划中最大的“绿肺”，横跨朝阳、顺义、昌平三区。其中，朝阳段面积最大，为了提高传播度，邀请市民为朝阳段分区域命名，希望新名字方便记忆、朗朗上口，活动征集范围含13处区域。
